A cooperation with the neighbouring HTW Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology started: students are developing concepts for the restoration of historic light fixtures in the great hall.

On Open Monument Day, an organized tour of Wilhelmine was offered to interested visitors. They received exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the building and details about the planned transformation.

Trockland Event

After more than 30 years of rest, Wilhelmine opened its doors again for the first time as part of a Trockland event. A symbolic moment: the former cultural center visibly came back to life. It was an emotional return of this historic place to the present. Guests were enthusiastic about the architecture and the project’s vision.

Initial on-site studies are progressing well, encompassing everything from in-depth soil testing to a thorough assessment of the building ensemble’s historic fabric.
